EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Health & Dental Insurance:
RLMC offers comprehensive Medica health insurance and Delta Dental dental insurance coverage. With 3 separate health insurance plans, as well as the opportunity to select single, single plus dependent, or family coverage, employees can choose coverage that best fits individual needs.

Life Insurance:
RLMC offers term life insurance with coverage equal to one times annual base salary with a minimum of $15,000 coverage and a maximum coverage of $40,000. Supplemental coverage is available to a maximum of $100,000.

Disability Insurance:
This coverage provides employees with up to 60% of base wage (max. $6000/month), should the employee become unable to work due to injury or illness.

401K Retirement Savings Plan:
All employees are eligible to contribute to the tax deferred 401k Retirement Plan at the time of hire. Following completion of 1 year of employment (minimum of 1000 hours) employees are eligible to receive a 50% match of the first 4% of compensation that the employee has chosen to defer to the savings plan. Additionally, a profit sharing plan allows employees to receive additional RLMC 401K funding based on overall financial performance.

Flexible Spending Account:
This benefit allows employees to set aside tax-free compensation through payroll deduction. This money is then reimbursed to the employee to offset medical and child care expenses.

Education, Training, and Licensure Benefits:
To insure that our staff members are among the best trained in their respective fields, RLMC provides a variety of reimbursement programs and stipends to offset the cost of continuing education.

Paid Time Off:
Employees are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO). Paid Time Off can be used to offset absences due to illness, vacation, childcare, or other reasons an individual may have to miss work.

Paid Leaves of Absence:
RLMC provides paid Bereavement Leave and Jury Duty Leave to financially assist employees with unexpected absences from work.
