International Falls, MN. (August 19, 2010) — Rainy Lake Medical Center and the Kooch County Health Department will host free childbirth classes October 14, 21 and 28.
Classes help expectant moms and their partners prepare for a healthy and safe birth experience. Understanding the stages of labor and knowing what to expect throughout the process can ease fear, and learning relaxation techniques can make the birthing experience more comfortable.
