Patients who wish to have the continuity of care–sleep disorder diagnosed, treated and managed–that Whitney Sleep is able to provide locally, should tell their provider that they would like a referral to the full service sleep lab at Rainy Lake Medical Center
Sleep Apnea, Insomnia and Restless Legs Syndrome are just a few of the 84 known sleep disorders. Since 2015, RLMC has partnered with Whitney Sleep Diagnostics & Consultants for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
No matter who your primary health care provider is, you can ask for a referral to the Whitney Sleep Study here at Rainy Lake Medical Center.

3. Do you have a history of Hypertension (high blood pressure)?

4. Is your neck size greater than 17 inches (males) or greater than 16 inches (females)?
Yes or No?
5. Do you wake up to use the bathroom more than twice a night?
Yes or No?
6. Have you ever fallen asleep while driving?
Yes or No?
If you answered YES to two (or more) of the questions above, this may be a positive screen for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
