Therapy & Wellness Staff

Sydney Bruess, OT

Sydney Bruess is an Occupation Therapist. She provides treatment to individuals of all ages in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, home health, and schools with a passion for pediatrics. Sydney received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2016.

Meghann Cassibo, OTR/L

Meghann Cassibo is an Occupation Therapist. She provides treatment to individuals of all ages in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and schools. Meghann received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2011. Meghann has been providing care at RLMC since 2013.

Wyatt LaVigne, PT, DPT, ATC- Director TWC

Wyatt LaVigne is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, as well as the Director of the Therapy and Wellness Center. He works with a wide range of patients, but primarily with people with orthopedic or sports related injuries and athletes post-concussion. Wyatt also provides athletic training services to Falls High School and Rainy River Community College. Wyatt completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at St. Cloud State University and went on to complete his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Minnesota in 2012.

Heather Juen, PT

Heather Juen is a Physical Therapist who provides services to patients at RLMC, as well as, Littlefork Medical Center and the Littlefork Big Falls School District. Heather earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She has twelve years of experience in the physical therapy field. She began working at RLMC in 2016.

Krista Wagner, OTR/L- Occupational Therapist

Krista is an Occupational Therapist who has experience working with patients of all ages and in a variety of settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, schools, out-patient rehabilitation, and home health. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at The College of St. Scholastica.

Hannah Larson, SLP-CCC

Hannah Larson is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She treats patients of all ages who have speech and language difficulties, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive impairments. Hannah also provides services to students at ISD 361.

Brian Tolley, PT

Brian Tolley provides care to a wide range of patients, but primarily treats adult orthopedics, acute care and wound care. Brian has a special interest in chronic pain and has completed numerous continuing education courses on pain science. Brian received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 1997. Brian has been providing care at RLMC since 1999.

Jennifer Windels, MSPT, CLT-UE

Jennifer Windels is a Physical Therapist. She primarily treats pediatric patients in the outpatient and school settings, but also sees a wide variety of adult patients. Jennifer is a certified upper extremity lymphedema therapist and has a special interest in women’s health services. Jennifer received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 1997. Jennifer has been a P.T. at RLMC since 2003.

Rebecca Nelson, M.A.,CCC-SLP

Rebecca Anderson is a Speech-Language Pathologist.  She received her Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2018.  Rebecca provides services in a variety of settings including schools, inpatient, and outpatient.  Rebecca treats clients across the lifespan with impairments of speech, language, cognition, swallowing, and voicing.

Shawna Veillieux, PT Asst.

Shawna is a Physical Therapist Assistant who has experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient rehab, home care, and skilled nursing facilities. Shawna received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2017 from Lake Superior College. Shawna Just recently started providing care at RLMC in 2019.

Elizabeth Johnson, PT, DPT

Elizabeth Johnson is a physical therapist providing services at Rainy Lake Medical Center and The Good Samaritan Society-International Falls. She works with patients in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has a special interest in treating patients with vestibular disorders. Elizabeth received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University. She started providing care at RLMC in 2019.
